How does a buy-in/pre-order work?

There is a set timeframe the buy in will be open for orders. The close date for the buy is listed on each item. You select your items and pay. Once the buy in closes, the order will be placed for those items with the vendor. 95% of buy in items come from overseas. This is why the cost difference is significant. The vendor will produce our order and ship (usually within 4-6 weeks of order). Once the order arrives, it will be counted, sorted, and packaged up for shipping to you.

Shipping is not charged up front for buy ins/pre-orders. Once the items arrive, you will receive a separate invoice for shipping of your items.
